Spiral-X Ltd was formed as a company in 2004. We are responsible for providing outstanding training services to many different vendors across the globe. Our specialty is in all area's of the Avaya product range along with their associated applications, such as Voicemail, Call Centre Applications (CCC, CMS) and Report Designer. We also cover legacy products such as Index, SDX, CCM, IVM Voicemail products.
Our staff are Trainers and Engineers with many years experience with the Avaya products. We have Avaya Certified Instructors to provide training services to you. We also provide contracted training to Avaya University, and the Avaya Product House for the IP Office products. This ensures our staff provide the highest level of customer care possible. Our regular customers particularly value our expert knowledge and our flexibility.
Our contract with Avaya University demonstrates how Avaya value the quality of services we provide to their in house training department, this provides you with the background quality of service that our company is known for. However we also specialise in tailored and specific training to meet your needs outside of the standard Avaya training programme.
